Choose some text to format. Click anywhere within a single paragraph or drag to select multiple paragraphs.
Open the Format sidebar. Click the Style tab, then click the current paragraph style to open the Style menu.
Apply a new style. Choose a different style, such as Title or Heading from the menu.
Create a list. Highlight lines of text, then click the Bullets & Lists drop‑down menu to open it.
Choose a new list style from the List Styles menu.
Explore other formatting options. Select some text, then use the settings under Font, Alignment, and Spacing to customize the look of your text.
Design a flyer to announce a school event. Format text and background shapes to match your school colors and style.
Create a list of classroom FAQs for parents. Use different paragraph styles for questions and answers, and include links to websites for more information.
