Administrator Performance Portfolio

Reflection is an important part of the work of an administrator. Often when one is asked to reflect at the end of the year, many artifacts and experiences are missed due to the busy flow of the school year. Using this Administrator Performance Portfolio throughout the year, an administrator is able to add artifacts and reflect on those experiences as they happen. This Pages template is designed to make the experience of managing this process quick and easy.

Thanks for sharing this thoughtfully designed template, Justin! Having a structure in place makes it much easier to focus on the critical thinking and reflection that goes into considering our best practices.

Thanks for sharing this template. Love how we can adapt it to our goals. How do you encourage teachers to upload different media e.g. sound recordings or videos instead of just text?
