This is my first time posting, but I wanted to share an activity I did with my students to help them demonstrate their understanding of Sequence Order. This activity involves using Keynote to create a gif or stop motion video.
I am a learning support English teacher, who works with students in 9th-12th grade. One of the units I teach is on understanding text organization. Sequence Order is a when a text is organized into a step-by-step process.
I asked my students to create a Keynote presentation that explained the steps to an activity of their choosing, then their presentation ended with a gif or stop motion video that they created of their activity. I have attached the directions I used for the assignment, as well as directions for how to create the stop motion video. I have also included a student example of the final product.
The kids had a great time, and really enjoyed it!
