Magazine Cover Template - Back to School

I have seen a few of these fabulous magazine cover templates floating around over the years, but none that quite hit my love for bright colours and layout - so I decided to pull together my own version to share. This Keynote deck provides an easy-to-use template for students to create a magazine cover all about them, PERFECT for putting together a bright and engaging 'Back-to-School' or 'Getting to know you' display.

Full instructions are given within this template. You can adjust the text and layout as much as you like. Note that the template has the student name up the top (as in the blue example above), but it would be very easy for you to swap this around so the year level is featured at the top, before you share the template with students.

Happy creating 🙌🏻

This is such an awesome resource! Such a meaningful way to create during a “getting to know you” exercise. I want to share this with the teachers in my district!

This was really cool, effective and easy to use instructions. I learnt something new about the cut out tool, not like the old loop we used to have to use back in the day! Thanks for the share!

Hi, can you share this with a class so they can do it on their own computer?

Hi Katie, Absolutely! I would just share this via AirDrop and off they go!
