Pick a Pet Math! Adding two-digit numbers and shopping for your new pet!
A super cute Keynote to help with adding two-digit numbers! Students start by choosing which pet they want! Then choose two or more items for that pet (we did 3 with our 2nd graders), move them over to the pet, and do the math in the white box using draw or a stylus!
*Most things are locked on the keynote except the pet items so they can move them over to their pet!
*The numbers are different in each slide so you can reuse the document with studentsâdo a slide each day!
*Some numbers are high enough to force regrouping (you could change the numbers if your students arenât ready for that yet!)
*The last slide is for your early finishersâthey can use shapes to create a pet house (or copy and paste from the previous slides if they know how!)
