Make a School Anthem Using GarageBand

You know what brings people together? A shared interest in music and their passion for their school. Luckily, you can combine both using Apple GarageBand. This app allows you to effortlessly record, layer, and produce a hit school song with ease! I made an Anthem for my campus and now it’s difficult to walk down our hallways without someone sharing the lyrics with me. All because they love their school!

So join myself in creating a jaunty tune for your school or district and celebrate the greatness of education! You can find the song, lyrics, and GarageBand layers below. I also wrote a Country Song for my campus too.

I love this idea and would love to explore using it in my school. I am not sure how it will go with middle school students though.

The microphone feature could allow students to reflect on various subjects, then go back and layer sounds, music, or effects before exporting as one file.
