Students created stories in Spanish. Then, they used Pages to create a digital book with images and captions. When completed, students exported the book as an .epub file so that it can be opened and read in Books. It was an excellent way for them to show what they know in a fun, engaging activity that they can now access forever. It also was a way for me to assess their language skills.
