This was a document that I created to help my Lifetime Fitness and Wellness students keep track of their progress when we went to the weight room. This is customizable so that students can enter in their own exercises, weights, and reps. The document is designed to create a graph based on the data that they enter so that they can get a visual representation of their progress and areas they might need to work on.
