Name Affirmation
This assignment is a resource used for students to reflect on their self-image. Students use the Pages application on their iPad, write out the letters of their name horizontally, and write positive adjectives/phrases that begin with that letter to describe themselves. The lesson is used in my 9-10 grade health class during our mental health unit as a way to promote positive body-image.

Love the Name Affirmation Aubrey example. Great assignment for learners at any time but I can see how this would also be a super beginning of the year activity. Thanks!
