Science Passport - Lab Safety & Equipment, Bunsen Burners & Measurement Learning Journal in Pages
Year 7 Learning Journal which allows students to demonstrate their knowledge of naming and drawing science equipment, choosing the correct equipment to measure and using the right techniques, Bunsen Burner licences and general lab safety. Students can demonstrate their understanding through a range of ways in this journal (eg. Drawings, Clips videos, voice recordings, images).
Student will receive a passport stamp at each check point they have completed. This is a great resource for an Introduction to Science unit at the start of Year 7. Teachers may choose to collaborate with students to teach their progress.

I love this. Such a great way to personalize the learning in an area that can be mundane to students like basic lab safety protocols. Awesome way to engage the students in the learning!
