Numbers Used as Meeting Notes

Numbers is so much more powerful than just a spreadsheet. My team and I have been using it for our meeting notes for a couple of years now. We keep a template tab for the outline at the front of all the sheets and duplicate that tab each week to start new notes. It is easy to track and allows for flexibility in sharing resources, check-ins, and highlights from our work.

I’ve attached a template to share.

  • The first sheet describes each part of the outline.
  • The second sheet is a template to duplicate.
  • The third sheet is a is an outline for tracking a team budget.
  • And the final sheet is a great team building activity (especially when establishing a new team) where each team member shares their preferred working habits. We keep these as a reference for when the team dynamic seems to shift.

I really like this team organizational tool! Thanks for the Numbers Template. Love the Manual of Me on the last sheet! Such a good way to team bond and provide a working introduction of each member.

You had me at Numbers.

I treasure Numbers and admire the way you are incorporating it into your meetings. Your template is a great tool for educators.

Along with Cheryl, I like the “Manual of Me”
