Using Keynote Shapes to Represent Healthy Technology Balance

Kindergarten through 2nd grade students use this t- chart graphic organizer to show understanding of technology balance. They insert shapes onto the appropriate side of the chart. For example, a game controller would go one the “With Technology” side and a basketball would go on the “Without Technology” side. The projects will match your students interests.
In lesson number one, I allow the students to insert as many shapes into the chart as possible. In lesson number two, I challenge the students to show balance by inserting the same number of shapes on each side. They are also encouraged to resize and recolor their shapes in lesson two.
