  • Read It:  Select text and then tap Speak from the text selection menu and iPad.
  • Translate It: Select text and then tap Translate from the text selection menu and iPad will translate the text to the language of your choice (iOS Language Options).
  • Hear and Define Hard Words or New Words:  Select text and then tap Look Up to find out more information about new or challenging words.
  • Auto Fill It:  Tap the Autofill button to automatically find elements that can autofilled on the scan. This is excellent for worksheets that have small fields for writing. You can use Autofill through typing and dictation.
  • Annotate (Draw) on it: Once scanned use the Markup tool button. Learners can draw, use scribble, highlight, add shapes, signature, more text boxes and stickers. The markup tool button is a switch button. Tap to turn off Markup tools when you are done.
  • Highlight Words & Sentences: Select Text and then tap Highlight anything you may want to come back to.

Open iPad (or iPhone) Files App

  1. Tap the 3 dots or more options icon at the top of the menu
  2. Tap Scan Document

Hover your iPad over the document and choose to automatically scan the document or manually scan. Once scanned, the scanned file will be saved in your Files app. You can rename and organize it in your files app.
