Overall Goal of the Project

The overarching goal of this project is to equip educators with the tools and strategies necessary to effectively assess their students' understanding of visual and media literacy, specifically focusing on the use of logos. By providing a variety of assessment methods, teachers will be empowered to determine the extent to which students can critically analyze and evaluate persuasive messages embedded in visual and media content.

 

Student Success and Skill Development

Students will achieve success by demonstrating a deep understanding of how logos are used to persuade audiences. They will be able to identify and explain the persuasive techniques employed, evaluate the effectiveness of these techniques,and construct their own persuasive arguments using visual and media elements. Wow Lindsay! This resource is amazing! I would love to hare with my entrepreneurship teachers in my district. I really like how the pieces are interactive and allow students to explore logos they are so familiar with and applying new understanding to those.
