Our 1st grade teachers inquired about some extra practice for the Tricky Words that are introduced with our Amplify Units 2&3. We put together a file that allowed for differentiation among the classes. We grouped the two classes of 1st graders and used Schoolwork to pass out the appropriate files. Each file had all of the options (word, sentence, or story) available down in the Add a Slide section. The students listened to the word, write the word, underlined the tricky part, recorded their voice stating the word, then practiced writing the word again.
