Winter Lego STEAM Activity

🌟 Winter LEGO STEAM Activity for Your Classroom! 🌟

Looking for a fun and engaging STEAM activity to inspire your students this winter? Try this step-by-step LEGO challenge designed to spark creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Perfect for any grade level!

Here’s how you can guide your students:

1️⃣ Research:

Encourage your students to explore different LEGO challenges. Provide examples or let them search for inspiration online to get ideas flowing. In the Numbers document, I have added images from Little Bins for Little Hands.

2️⃣ Brainstorm:

Ask students to think of unique designs they’d like to create. Have them sketch their ideas to start visualizing their projects.

3️⃣ Design:

Use a digital LEGO design tool (or graph paper) for students to map out their creations before building. This step helps develop planning and problem-solving skills.

4️⃣ Build:

Supply LEGO bricks or similar materials, and let students bring their designs to life. Watch their ideas take shape!

5️⃣ Challenge:

Once completed, students can create a challenge for others to solve using their designs. This adds an interactive and collaborative element to the activity.

This activity is a fantastic way to combine engineering, art, and critical thinking while keeping students engaged during the winter season. ❄️✨

Share your classroom’s creations and experiences—let’s inspire each other!
