Let’s go on a Scavenger Hunt! #dptech

Take pictures of Zoo Animals at the zoo or in your classroom to build vocabulary and connect to content-area learning.

  1. Go to the zoo or post pictures of zoo animals in your classroom
  2. Using the Keynote, press + by each animal and take a picture
  3. Use Live Video and Screen Record your favorite zoo animal or favorite part of the zoo

What a fun way to reflect on learning at the zoo! I love how you set up this Keynote scavenger hunt. Through Live Video and media placeholders, students will have the opportunity to show what they know and reflect on their experience. Thank you for sharing!

This is great, Brittnie! Making a trip to the zoo even more fun!

A nice extension (either at the zoo air back in the classroom) on this could be to have some slides with background images of landscapes and ecosystems. Then get students to add photos they’ve taken of animals they find in the zoo to their natural habitat in the correct slide. (Use Remove Background when they add each photo)
