Weather disturbances can put communities at risk. How can students use digital storytelling and video production to raise awareness and promote weather preparedness in Baliwag?
WHY THIS MATTERS
Weather disturbances are a recurring reality in many communities, making disaster preparedness an essential life skill. Through video production, students move beyond simply learning about safety measures and become advocates for community awareness. This project strengthens their digital literacy, communication, creativity, and critical thinking skills while demonstrating how technology can be used to educate others, inspire action, and contribute positively to society.
