What the material contains
The lesson begins with the curriculum focus on appreciating the beauty and politeness of language in literary materials and on pupils being able to recite a poem and understand its meaning.
The lesson then follows a fairly clear progression:
Set Induction → Explanation of Poetry → Listening → Identifying Difficult Words → Matching Words with Meanings → Improvement/Reflection.
For example, the set induction uses a simple message from a mother: “Anakku segera pulang, ibu sudah siapkan makanan tengah hari.” This connects nicely with the title “Pesananku” and activates pupils’ understanding of what a pesanan is.
The presentation also gives pupils a simple definition of sajak: a modern form of poetry that is free and not bound to a particular rhyme in every line.
The strongest part: pupil activities

What I particularly like
Visually, the slides use a consistent dark grey + light blue + bright green theme. The large headings and activity screens are appropriate for projection in a Year 3 classroom. Pages 7–8 are particularly useful because one page provides the four blank response spaces and the next reveals the vocabulary.
The final page is also valuable because it already contains a reflection on improving the teaching material: vocabulary in the video should appear one word at a time, distracting images/movement should be reduced, and word colours should be made clearer.
One thing I would improve pedagogically is the lesson objective. The slides contain the curriculum standards and activities, but a simple measurable objective would make the lesson more focused. For example:
