I enjoyed my time today at D100 learning more about their coaching team and structure. I can’t wait for my colleague and I to take these ideas back to our school and inspire our coaching. My favorite part of the day was the breakout sessions where I learned about measuring impact. Often times, I work with a teacher but don’t get to see the long term impact of what I do, but working with my fellow coaches allowed me to get some great ideas!
