Using Clips-A Bit of Discovery

I was recently using Clips to complete a professional development for my district. I started exploring this app & looking at all the different things one could do with it to create short videos. Interestingly enough, the activity I chose to do was "Vocabulary Videos", which entailed symbolizing terms with handmade drawings & then filming them (I chose several important US History terms for my lesson). Once this was done then I began exploring the effects. I looked at film style, text additions & various other features in the program & was pleasantly surprised at the plethora of options offered. Needless to say, even the simple videos I did came out pretty good & I saw how this could really help students in the classroom.
