Executive Leadership Coaching

I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience. My coach helped me to walk ideas from the abstract to concrete action items. I came in to the experience with an understanding of my educational philosophy and my "don'ts" for technology usage. Christine posed questions that allowed me to dig deeper leading to the development of my Capacity, Team and Collaboration focus for integration. With a real world lens, we developed a multi tiered plan to support stakeholders with various levels of experience. We also worked to align the district's strategic goals to our work and implementation plan. I am excited about the year ahead!
