Top Tips for Teacher Wellbeing - using inbuilt tools to reduce cognitive load

Last month at EduTech AU in Melbourne I joined the Apple Education Team as a part of their experience session.

Over 2 days I presented this 8min session on supporting teacher well-being by using some inbuilt features on iOS and MacOS to reduce cognitive load in a busy teachers day.

Just because I hadn’t repeated this session enough (24 times over 2 days…) Here is a recording of my session.

I hope you can take a few tips away to support your own self and others.

Also, here is a link to my student learning resources Wellbeing and iPad - Creative Ways to Promote Wellbeing in the Classroom.

As always, reach out if you need any support.
