Pop Art Favorite Things

Having only created a couple of Pop Art projects in the past, but leading students through many, I have now become captivated by both the results and the process.

I consider myself to have a growth mindset, but have been known to say, "I can't draw - I'm not an artist." After stepping back for a moment to consider the multifaceted applications of Everyone Can Create and the challenges I continually place in front of my music students AND with the power of iPad, I have been changed. I CAN CREATE! 🎨

The process of creating these projects has been very relaxing and cathartic as well. I've actually become a bit of an addict to this project. 😁

So, here's a Pop Art image of me with one of my favorite things...a nice cup of coffee! ☕️

Happy creating!

I agree with that it is kind of relaxing. How often do we allow ourselves to color nowadays? The hand drawing over the mug makes it.

Very nice Donald! I often have that mindset too - “I can’t draw.” But you took up the challenge and did a super job! Now I have to try it!
