From One Email to a Shared Legacy: Welcoming the ADE Class of 2026

As a professional, I clearly remember the moment I received my acceptance as an Apple Distinguished Educator.

It was more than just an email — it was a message that truly shifted my professional journey.

Today, I have the honor of welcoming two outstanding educators who have just been accepted into the Apple Distinguished Educator Class of 2026.

Watching their journey — six years of persistence, growth, and belief — has been genuinely inspiring. Their dedication to education and innovation has been closely followed by me, as we have collaborated on countless projects over the years: from our school fair “HERE WE GROW”, deeply rooted in Apple technology, to shared classes, and teacher training initiatives that guided educators toward building their Apple Teacher portfolios.

It is incredibly rewarding to see hard work, collaboration, and purpose come together.

Welcome to the ADE family, Eduardo Medeiros and Claudson Albuquerque.

You both deserve this achievement, and I have no doubt you will be exceptional ADEs.

Words can not define what I'm feeling at the moment. It is an incredible honor to be accepted in this community.

I am truly thankful!
