So l've learned that leadership buy in is a big deal when it comes to moving any work forward.Connecting with leaders is a necessity to unify the vision. Leaders need to assemble a dynamic team to support the vision. The question is, who do you get? How do you assemble a team of teachers to get things off the ground? What qualities do you consider? This could make or break the work. I think you need to be strategic, but what does this look like?
