a dedicated , separate, safe space.

It can feel like a sense of progress, growth, achievement, or satisfaction. It can be positive emotions such as excitement, pride, or happiness. Improvement often involves overcoming obstacles or challenges and can be a result of hard work, practice, or learning new skills.

Trying to get into the habit of drinking more water!

My home creative space would get a makeover with paint, shelving, and new lighting.

Improvement is that moment of realisation that something has just clicked and it feels great!

Improvement feels like a sigh of relief, where something that used to be challenging, is that little bit easier.

Improvement can be felt in the ethos and interaction across the school. I think improvement is about action. Uploading my photo on the train was the most memorable!

Improvement takes time. It’s not a single action but a series of actions to make something sustainable.

My most memorable improvement in the last 24 hours is my macaroni cheese, I added leeks, it was EVEN better than usual.

Improvement feels like a shift in mindset to make a part of your life/work (or someone else’s) better than it was before.

It could be both - usually an action that may be followed by an occasion towards the end of the cycle.

I improved one of my dance routines for a performance of Grease I’m in in 2 weeks time by actually moving in the right direction!

• If there was a room for improvement, where would it be in the house?

Bathroom - all the best thoughts happen in there.

Improvement feels like progress. The starting point is not important, it is the effort and successes along the way.

Improvement is a development that takes time and constant reflection. It is many actions put together on various occasions.

I think improvement is an action, an action towards making something happen. It feels like those small steps that we make along the way towards our goals and aspirations. My room for improvement in the house is the kitchen as this is the place where I can think and reflect and then plan future things while engaged in other activities such as cooking.

Improvement feels like reaching a new milestone and building on something which is already good

Getting here ready and with time to spare and with make up on was my most notable improvement in the last 24hours!
