Improvement feels like getting where you want to be. improvement is an action constantly moving forwards or chipping away. Any small improvement is valuable and should be worthwhile to the individual.

Improvement feels like reflecting on previous actions and making changes which have a positive impact.

Improvement feels positive, energy providing momentum.

Improvement is a continuous action and journey not a one of occasion.

Getting up early and being organised for an early start and train!

Definitely the en-suite bathroom - in desperate need of demoulding and decoration!

Improvement is in the hallway cupboard with the fuse box, the tool box and the meters! A lot packed into a small space, for big changes turning the lights on or little changes hanging a picture.

In my house, the room for improvement would be the cupboard under the stairs. 😆 Always changing and evolving to make it easier to access and sometimes being a bit of a shambles until changes are made.

The room for improvement would be the bedroom. If you don't feel rested, relaxed and able to sleep stress free at night it's sometimes hard to focus on the improvement you have made instead of focusing of improvement that is yet come.

Improvement feels reassuring, like kind words from a friend. I believe that improvement happens over time and needs to be slow and steady. Improvement can be an occasion that you celebrate but generally I believe that it is a series of actions that build on each other. In the last 24 hours my most memorable improvement was returning to a normal sleep pattern after being on holidays - this will impact todays productivity!

The room in the house where there is always room for improvement has to be the kitchen, trying new recipes and improving your skills over time... with delicious (hopefully) results!

Improvement is a never ending process of reflection, setting shared outcomes and taking focused and meaningful steps towards the goal.

If improvement was a room, it would be the kitchen, a place to put all of the ingredients together, try a new recipe and produce something for others to enjoy.

Talking with friends (Leigh, Joe and Michael) about being organised. A simple tip from Leigh was placing the task list next to the calendar (Split View). This simple action, then prioritising tasks really may not be notable and yet it can really lead to improvement. This should appeal to many :)
