Improvement feels like going for a walk, seeing all the exciting places along the way but not having a final destination, and knowing you’re going somewhere exciting.

  • Improvement feels satisfying. Helps build the feeling of confidence.
  • Improvement is both an occasion and action. It has a point in time as well as an outcome.
  • Maintaining a healthy diet. Saying ‘No’ where I would have said ‘Yes’ in the past.
  • Improvement in the house would be to enjoy more family time.

i am looking for a section for Adult ed teachers. i have spent all of my summer creating resources for my older adults. on Apple website it seems they have forgotten and left out older adults in learning. i have created resources for Apple ID, Storage, iCloud, iPhone, office:mac. if there is anywhere i can put these i don't mind sharing. Any adult ed forum. i noticed when i teach adults Microsoft Office for Windows there is an abundance of resources to share and loads of websites but with Apple none. can anyone help and adviise? i don't want any other adult tutors going through what i have this summer. We are short of time as it is so sharing resources is so important ..... thank you all Kim
