Has anyone made a transition journal for children leaving Primary School and moving to a new Post Primary at the end of Year 6/ Primary 7. Any Journal template would help using pages or keynote.
I intend making one as I have created activities, I just need some help via a template to support the inclusion of images, voice etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍🏼
