Yes, there is a lot of content for teaching a swift coding class. They have curriculums for earlier learners k-2, elementary school 3-6, and middle school/high school. A good starting point to research is here.

I am running a Swift Coding Club at my school we meet once a week for 36 weeks. so that would cover your 40 hours. It is 12 hours of Swift coding basics, 12 hours of basic app design, and then 12 hours of app showcase workshops. I have 3rd through 5th graders in my club. If you have any questions please ask.
