Our Radford team believe that community is built on relationships. People need to feel like they are valued, like they belong and to trust each other. When healthy relationships are established then the community can grow and thrive.

A community needs regular opportunities to connect and to refresh their connections, as well as regular opportunities to re-establish purpose and values.

Establishing measures of success allows the community to work towards common goals and celebrate success along the way.

A thriving community is characterized by deep connections, active engagement, and a shared sense of purpose. While online communities can facilitate valuable interactions, in-person gatherings are crucial for building strong interpersonal bonds and fostering a true sense of belonging.Successful communities invest in regular meetups and opportunities to connect in person, which complements and strengthens the digital interactions. Regular blended engagement creates a vibrant, multidimensional community where members feel supported, and inspired to contribute and our collective progress and successes are immensely valuable and shared by all.
