Intro to iPad session help needed

Hi, All. I’ve been asked to run a last-minute session for a group of colleagues new to iPad who are mirroring, using mark up and using it in lessons. But, want a bit more to work with over the summer. I’ve worked with them on this and accessibility and UDL. They’ll be using Showbie eventually. But, that’s the next session. This session would be to inspire and engage them more. Has anyone got recommendations or slide decks you’d be able to share, please? I’d be very grateful! Thank you!

You might like the Learning Center Resources on iPad that are quick and easy. There are twelve of them with easy activities.

Also try using the Search feature in the Forum - upper right. I’ve found some helpful posts there that have videos and presentations. Try “new to iPad Teachers” or other key words that will bring up what you are looking for.

Good luck!

Markup is a great place to start! One PL we did a couple of years ago to welcome kids back to school was to have each teacher take a selfie and use markup to send a joyful message. We sent these out on social media before school started.

Rachel Minns made a fabulous resource called iPad Creativity Bootcamp. You can find it here: https://education.apple.com/resource/250012241
