I'm trying to troubleshoot a situation where a teacher isn't getting associated with her classes in ASM. Everything looks good in Powerschool. Her user is syncing to ASM, and her classes are syncing to ASM, but ASM isn't catching that she's supposed to be associated with the classes.
Does anyone have any ideas?

We're using Claris Connect to sync Powerschool to ASM. I can confirm that the CSVs being sent to ASM have the correct information, with the teacher associated with their classes. Something is happening in ASM that's ignoring the association.
