Sharing Action Research to Enhance Pedagogy for Colleagues

Last week, my co-teacher and I began a small action research project to determine the improvement in solving the order of operations questions. Our initial data collection showed that students struggled to grasp the sequencing, and the struggle increased as questions increased in complexity. To intervene, we wanted to incorporate math talk and self-reflection. During the action research, we had students solve a check for understanding the question and record themselves solving the question (math talk) and reflect on their performance by giving a self-evaluation with the skill. My question to the community is: how have others shared results in a meaningful pedagogy of others? My concern is that we will share this way that impacts our PLC, and those early adopters will experiment with self-reflective videos like we did, but the late-majority or laggards may never see the value. I am just looking for ways to intrinsically motivate those who are slower to change, looking to create a compelling case for why they should change.
