Reflection Journal
I created this simple reflection journal in Keynote to share with teachers on my campus at the end of a coaching cycle. Each “button” on the home page is linked to the corresponding question page to make it a non-linear tool. When I am added as a collaborator, I can see and reflect on my own coaching practices based on the teachers’ answers.
Feel free to take this and modify it to fit your campus needs; it can also be modified and made into a goal or reflection journal for students.
