Ending Sounds for Kindergarten

Original Lesson

  • My original lesson was paper pencil.

What I changed

  • I turned my lesson into a keynote presentation.
  • Directions: for the first 5 slides, the student will identify the object and then write the last letter for each object. The last 2 slides, the student will take a picture of something in the classroom, then write the letter for the last sound of the picture.

Impact

  • Students were completely engaged with the lesson on the iPad. They enjoyed using the apple pencil and taking a picture to insert it into the lesson.

Love Keynote for making “paper” assignments more interactive and engaging - thanks for sharing!
