A couple of ideas:
- LumaFusion is a fantastic tool for blurring a face, especially on a moving subject, but it takes some practice!
- Another way to cover a face is by dropping your clip into Keynote, placing a shape or an emoji over the subject's face (and animating that object with a motion path if the subject is moving), and then exporting it as a movie to drop back into iMovie.
