My SEL Journal

This is a fully interactive journal for students to use when needed to help them cope with their emotions in a wide variety of ways. After going through the activities with them, students have the opportunity to decompress with these activities if needed and when needed. There's only one set of each activity so I tell them to duplicate before doing it for the first time so that they can do it more than once if they want.

Keynote template is provided below. Download and let me know how you adapt it in your classroom.

Thank you for sharing this resource with the community! Your journal allows students many ways to deal with their range of emotions and how to channel them into a healthy outlet.

Love this resource. I think this focus on mental health is so important. How often or when do you complete the journal with your class?

I went through it with my class initially to show them everything. We did the journal cover and affirmations page together. Now students do it whenever they need to.

What a fantastic and much needed resource for EVERY classroom AND just in time for #WorldMentalHealthDay. I ❤️ how by designing in Keynote, students can customize for their learning styles, needs and simply duplicate the slide to come back to it as many times as needed.

Thanks so much for sharing, Meredith! I can't wait to hear how others in the community adapt for their environments.

Hi Meredith - this is great. Can you share any tips on how you created the stickers?
