Hexagonal Thinking Numbers Template

Hexagonal Thinking is a fantastic strategy to get learners to think critically and make connections between words, images, or concepts they've learned. Numbers is a great platform for this activity because of its large, open space for manipulatives, tables, and more. I also love the idea of using Freeform for this and adding sticky notes to annotate their connections!

Here is a ready-to-go template for hexagonal thinking with Numbers - the hexagons are there, they just need the words, phrases, or pictures from any content area to be added to them!

Also included are instructions you can customize to fit your classes' needs. I included a step to screen record their finished web and explain their thinking, then post to Flip(grid) for reflection and feedback from their peers. #weareLCP

Awesome! There is a teacher on my coaching roster that loves hexagonal thinking. You saved us some time. Thanks!
