Part 3 is the 3D model. Click on the center of the animal cell, a sphere icon should appear. You then just need to click and drag the model on part 3. If you are on an IPad, if you tap the part 3 photo, you can actually click "view in 3D" to open the VR model.

This is a complete exploration of the cells in one document. You have classic learning such as a link to the textbook, labelling, and vocabulary. There is a YouTube video to supplement understanding as well. And I love the addition of the new .usdz file capability with screen recording and even audio recording to demonstrate understanding. Thank you for posting this example. I tried clicking on the image but wasn't able to view it as 3D. I tried right and left clicks but no luck. I haven't used an object you can view in 3D before.
