I think you have a great idea! Culture and collaboration between coworkers is so important. In my 29 years of teaching, I have worked when there was no culture or collaboration and hated every minute; I have also worked where (currently) where a great cultural and collaborative environment makes it fun to come to work. And it is something that you have to work towards and create.
