February Artist Challenge
Here is the February installment of our Artist Challenges. This is part of an ongoing collaborative project with fellow Apple Distinguished Educators Lindsey Fell, Bethany Nugent, and Heather McCutcheon. All challenges formatted to include biographies, a challenge, and connections to other subjects and or extensions. This one is centered on Black History Month; featuring artists Kehinde Wiley, Amy Sherald and Nick Cave.
I hope this inspires all educators to bring creativity to their classrooms.

Wonderful Black History Month art challenge. Love the Soundsuit idea and also the connections to other content areas - Creative and brilliant! Is this also posted in the public part of the Forum so it can be passed along?
