Creating a Classroom Culture to Support Creativity and Collaboration.

This is a lesson for the beginning of the year for students to define and describe the behaviors we want to see in our classrooms to support creativity and collaboration. Students will start by learning about the five behaviors we want to see in our classroom. Then, they will work with partners to define what those behaviors look like. Finally, students will choose the behavior they want to focus on and then find a partner with that same focus. As a class, students will do a lap around the building, while talking to their partner about why they chose that behavior.
