Digital protractor for measuring angles (Mathematics / Keynote)

This was a very simple but effective tool to use when teaching students about Angles. We did not alway have ready access to enough protractors during my maths lessons so I added a transparent protractor image to a Keynote slidedeck. When used with iPads it made an excellent tool as students could take photos of worksheets, shapes in our environment and even a table covered in taped lines (Washi tape was good!). We used these photos to classify types of angles and also label the measured angles. Using a device for this also meant students could zoom in if needed. The image can easily be rotated and the slide can be duplicated as many times as needed.
