Practice Descriptive Writing using Notes

In this lesson, students were asked to type their essays into the Notes app, then record a voice memo of themselves reading their essay to check for any unclear sentences. Afterward, they made corrections and added details. Students then swapped iPads with a partner, who read the essay and created a drawing based on it. This activity was designed to help students understand how details in writing create vivid mental pictures for readers. #bridgeportbulldogs

Very nice! I love the way you are using the flexibility of Notes and having students demonstrate, by drawing, the visualization aspect of the essays. Great activity!
