Quick Wins for Building Leaders

As a K-12 tech coach, I believe building leaders should model iPad use to inspire teachers to take risks and integrate technology into their classrooms. When principals use iPads for communication, reflection, and creativity, it shows teachers how technology can enhance their own practices. This leadership fosters a culture of innovation and encourages staff to explore new ways of teaching with tech.

As our elementary went 1:1 with iPads this year, I created this list of ways building leaders could start integrating the iPad into their practice so that they can lead with innovation and let inspiration follow.

These are great ideas! I love that they truly are "quick" wins for utilizing the iPads.
