Mastering 3-Act Math Tasks Keynote

3-Act Math Tasks engage students by presenting real-world problems that spark curiosity, encourage inquiry, and promote critical thinking. These tasks deepen students' understanding of mathematical concepts as they explore solutions and collaborate with their peers.

When combined with Keynote, this approach allows students to engage interactively with the content, offering a dynamic and enhanced learning experience. The digital workbook empowers students to make predictions, document experiments, model reasoning, and reflect on their learning. In Keynote, these tasks are facilitated through tools such as scribing, video recording, voice recording, and typing.

This is one of the slides available in the 3 Act Task where students can add voice recording and use the mark up tools.

Providing students with a digital copy ensures their work is saved and prevents the loss of their progress.

This is great, Andrew! 👏

I love how it encourages students to use Math skills they have learned to solve problems! This must spark such great thinking, creativity, and ingenuity from students! Wonderful work!
