This session is designed to help school leaders and educators navigate how Apple Intelligence fits into their school and learning environments privately and securely. Explore how Apple Intelligence seamlessly integrates into system experiences and apps used every day, and how new tools such as Writing Tools, Image Playground, and Transcripts use personal context to deliver intelligence that’s useful and relevant, enhancing productivity and creativity.

Why Apple In Education: Empowering Active Learners

2:30–3:30 p.m.

Learning should be engaging, empowering, and fun — igniting a sense of joy, excitement, and possibility. This session will explore how Apple has been working with leaders, educators, and school communities from the beginning to build learning experiences to support this type of learning. And you’ll get to experience how Apple technology is designed with active learning in mind, helping students build critical skills by being more engaged in their own learning process.

Embracing an Inclusive Mindset Through Accessible Technology

8:30–9:50 a.m.

Jordyn Zimmerman, Apple Distinguished Educator, will share how today’s dynamic technology landscape is transforming access to reliable communication and inclusive education for students with disabilities. Jordyn will present her own lived experience as a nonspeaking autistic person, who at age 18 after years of frustration, was given access to communication via iPad and robust AAC. Jordyn’s message about accessing the power of technology, while challenging the status quo, will push you to think deeply about how you can affect change and challenge perceptions in your own learning community.

Apple Learning Coach is a free, online certification program that trains instructional coaches, digital learning specialists and other coaching educators to get more out of Apple technology. In this session, discover how becoming an Apple Learning Coach can enhance teaching and learning with technology. You’ll hear insights from certified Apple Learning Coaches and learn how the program has transformed their coaching practice.

Apple Teacher

Apple Teacher is a free professional learning program designed to support and celebrate educators using Apple products for teaching and learning. Your self-paced journey starts by learning foundational skills on iPad and Mac, and continues as you integrate Apple technology into your everyday lessons.
