This activity is part of a unit of work that aims to empower students to explore the complex issue of homelessness in Western Australia through the lens of digital technologies.
In this task, students investigate the needs of the population who struggle with homelessness, identify causes, effects, and constraints, and use these insights to develop a mind map of the findings.
We used Freeform to create a mind map by organising information using shapes, icons, connectors, images, web links, embedded videos, and text.
This activity was inspired on Zoey Penwarden's concept of “Level-up the way you gather inspiration and ideas with Freeform” from the Apple education community.
